This morning I found this video on Asudem Latex's blog and was beyond blown away. Apparently, you can let up just enough on a vac bed's suction to allow someone to masturbate inside it. Truly it is! Much to my relief, too, my Free Download Manager plugin for Firefox gave me a download link straight from Asudem's blog post. That video is well worth keeping for posterity, I'd say - you never know when these things might be taken down.

That video is really hot! I think you could do that by squirting lots of silicone lube into a vacbed before you seal it up.
That vacuum seems to be going at full strength the whole time, if you listen to the part when the nurse appears.
